PIOOTA is an acronym that I am proud to have created (I think I created it, I have used it for 30 years and there is nothing on the internet, so I claim to be the inventor). If someone else can prove it was created prior, please don't BOB (Burst Our Bubble) and tell me.

I did find this on the internet. It is slightly different and does not use my catchy acronym. So my proud claim of authorship stands:

To say or produce something haphazardly or at random, rather than through careful consideration or calculation.

Look, we didn't pull this legislation out of the air. We've spent months crafting the bill to best serve all of our citizens.
